UPDATE: The keyboard input problem has gotten much worse - now occurs every 15 minutes. And now one of the monitor inputs stops working after switching. It's totally useless. [old review below] I got this to share my keyboard/mouse/main monitor between my work laptop and PC. When it works, it works great. After about a week it runs occasionally when typing with the keyboard/mouse. It gets into a state where it starts randomly repeating characters on the keyboard and the mouse jumps a bit every few minutes. Sometimes the monitor does not switch. Restarting the problem fixed it. Without this shortcoming it would have been 5 stars. It's a minor annoyance to be honest, but for $80 the occasional unreliability while programming or in a meeting or whatever is annoying.
