I had my doubts about this item but I was very surprised at how simple and useful it is! I LOVE chopped salads and make them for lunch almost every day. Before I had this device, I cut lettuce and other foods by hand on a cutting board. This product allows me to toss, chop and cover almost anything in a large bowl. Did. I have used it several times and have not noticed any problems with my teeth. It's dishwasher safe (top shelf) which is ALWAYS a plus for me - I hate washing dishes. I highly recommend this product if you love chopped salads and want to save time and energy :).
