I had my doubts about this item but I was very surprised at how simple and useful it is! I LOVE chopped salads and make them for lunch almost every day. Bought for making chopped lettuce. I tried it on spinach with my cutting board and it worked well, but the spinach chunks flew around. I then tried this with a small glass bowl that is slightly larger than a chopper. It worked great and by rotating the bowl I was able to cut evenly.
