Review on 🥗 Chef'n Emulstir Salad Dressing Mixer, Arugula/Meringue, One Size by Alejandro Anaya

Bought for making chopped lettuce. I tried it on spinach with my cutting board and it worked well, but the spinach chunks flew around. I then tried this with a small glass bowl that is slightly larger than a chopper. It worked great and by rotating the bowl I was able to cut evenly. Then I ventured with grated carrots because the pieces were way longer than I wanted. To my surprise, it worked just as well. I then added small pieces of Persian cucumber, jicama and feta cheese. Simple and efficient. Caveat: I don't know if using a hard food grinder like I do will affect the lifespan of the product. For the sake of simplicity - and because I know I can replace it cheaply - I'm willing to do so.
