Review on 🔪 Victorinox Swiss Classic Red Foldable Paring Knife, 4.3 in Straight Edge by Emily Perkins

This is the perfect handheld utility knife for me. it follows the pattern of a tipless tomato knife, but it doesn't really matter for most things. This is a good thin knife with a thin edge that will effortlessly process carrots, potatoes etc. it's the perfect length for halving bagels etc. and also a good shape to use as a spreader. I think this is the perfect picnic knife or just a kitchen knife for people like me without good storage and storage. The regular Victorinox was sharp and had a slight burr that was easily corrected.
