Good pocket kitchen knife, annoying lock.

Good utility knife for slicing bagels, butter, slicing fruit or as a steak knife. The only drawback is the left liner lock. It's harder for right-handed people to close with one hand because you have to pull with your thumb instead of pushing to unlock the clasp. Nothing against left-handers, but you only make up about 10% of the population. So why build a left-handed locking mechanism?

Pros
  • Modern textured handle with non-slip surface even when wet. The handle is ergonomically designed to minimize wrist strain and provide a much more comfortable grip.
Cons
  • Low maintenance

It worries me that it doesn't have a point, but it's sharp enough that it doesn't matter. It fits well in my pocket and is light enough that I don't notice it. no This knife does not have a quick release mechanism. 2 hands are required to open. This is the main reason I bought it out of all the other knives I look at. Most of them have one-hand…
