I like this knife. Bought this for camping to cut food and it works great for that purpose. It corresponds in size and function to a steak knife. It worries me that it doesn't have a point, but it's sharp enough that it doesn't matter. It fits well in my pocket and is light enough that I don't notice it. no This knife does not have a quick release mechanism. 2 hands are required to open. This is the main reason I bought it out of all the other knives I look at. Most of them have one-hand opening function, so you can just open them automatically in your pocket. Don't worry about this one. i don't like the color I wish it was black. The shape of the blade also resembles a table knife, which is known for its bluntness. This one is razor sharp. It can be seen that this causes a problem given that it is a table knife.
