If you take care of your teeth and gums, this article is a must. I have very sensitive gums, so sometimes even brushing my teeth regularly causes my gums to bleed. This irrigator cleans gently and easily. The sensitive mode is specially designed for this purpose. I floss regularly and have found that my gums are getting healthier over time. The pulse mode helps a lot to clean the hardest to reach places in the mouth. It comes with two separate nozzles so my husband uses the floss too. He prefers the normal mode. In summary we are both happy with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone.
