The pump sucks air and leaks. Are any parts missing in the pump? Sucks air. The pump sucks air from the oil bottle when the liquid in the bottle does not reach the bottle neck. I held the bottle horizontally so it would pump. I could only pump half out of each 1 liter bottle and had to pour the oil from bottle to bottle to keep one full enough to keep pumping. The oil dripped down the outside of the bottle with each push of the plunger. I wrapped a rag around the neck of the bottle and kept pumping. I had to get my car running again. Nonsense What nonsense! With over 1000 reviews averaging over 4 stars, I figured what could go wrong? Everyone who said this pump didn't work was right. USE ANOTHER BRAND OR KEEP A SPARE PART. If you use this pump, make sure you have a different brand replacement part. Once you've drained the liquid and wanted to refill it with this pump, you're in a fix.
