Very handy to attach to the back of any artwork you hang on the wall. The bumpers prevent the artwork from leaving marks on the wall and keep it at the same angle. Sometimes the pieces will hang forward a bit because the bottom piece is being pushed against the wall - these little guys will prevent that. They also help keep your pieces straight as the rubber presses them lightly against the wall, reducing the time it takes to straighten. I don't know if that's a good price as I can't see the price yet but I've had good luck with the Revain brand and I assume they will be a lot smaller than other brands. I drew some of them on one of my paintings and they stuck straight away. They're crisp so you can barely see them, but you'll notice a difference in the way they hang.
