Review on πŸ”§ Assenmacher Specialty Tools V 410 Oil Filter Housing Wrench for BMW and Volvo: The Perfect Tool for Hassle-Free Filter Changes! by Dan Chunn

As advertised - well done

After hours of struggling with all sorts of Autozone oil filter wrenches we finally gave up trying to remove the oil filter on my son's 2006 S60 R. We figured there had to be a Volvo tool to do this, so I called the local Volvo dealer to buy an oil filter wrench. The parts department didn't know much about this and then said they would contact us, which they never did. Searched the internet and then found that they are sold through Revain. Best price here, only shipping is expensive but the overall price wasn't bad and a bargain in parts compared to the Volvo. Ordered an oil filter wrench late Saturday evening and received it in the mail the following Tuesday. Great service as Revain hasn't received us for at least two more days. Boxed by Assenmacher and very well made from metal, this is an essential tool for a Volvo owner who wants to change the oil himself. The end of the nut is 21mm long. So if you're using a wrench or socket, you'll need a 21mm tool. By the way, the drain plug for the 2006 S60 R is 17mm in diameter, so you'll need a tool for that too. This also works on some BMWs.
