There were no problems with the hammer. I've been using it for about 3 months now, no complaints. (Update) This hammer has been very useful for a little over six years. I've used it a bit rougher lately but it still holds up great. The head hasn't moved a bit yet. The brass head is a bit chewed up now, it is better that the hammer take abuse than your work. I definitely got my money's worth with this hammer. Maybe it's time to buy another one soon, at least I know I'll be using it for about 6 years and for the price I'm happy with it.
