They advertise it as a "carefree" wireless connection. HA! I would stay away from this product. I'm pretty good at networking and can't get it to work. The software installer can't find your network, then I solve this problem and the print server can't even find my HP7760! What's in it. Are you trying to call tech support, right? Well, on the first try I waited over an hour and gave up. Second time - called the number selected for the '24 hour' tech support option and transferred to an extension which kindly told me 'sorry, this extension is no longer in use' and then me to the original number returns that I have scored. far away I have a non-working product and wasted a lot of time. By the way, the average CNET user rating for this case is 2.4/10, so I'm not the only one. Much luck!
