Worked great for about 6 months...
Worked great for about 6 months. It's built into the cabinet and now it's clamped in the topmost position, so I have to remove the TV from the bracket before I can disassemble it completely. I really expected this to take longer... Update: I got a response from the seller and after a lot of communication and troubleshooting we resolved the issue. The controller is "frozen" and had to be reset by pressing the "M" key 7 times. A guide or FAQ would be very helpful as my problem lasted for over a month. Now it works fine but gets 3 stars for the lack of instructions and the frustration it caused. The seller did what he could.
