The ease of use, the ability to have multiple people in a single account, the ability to see everything at once, the ability to edit things without needing to log out or close the browser window, and the ability to export all of your data to Excel or Google Sheets. Sometimes it can be difficult to navigate around the site. There are also some features that could be made more user friendly (such as the dashboard). I like how easy it was to set up an account and begin using the service. It's very helpful to be able to keep track of all of our activities on one platform that we can access from any computer. We've been able to easily add new members to our database and easily update our membership roster.
