This will be a Christmas present for my son along with some art books. I chose them because the price was good, the packaging was bright, and the colors were within range. After purchase I saw that some reviews indicated problems with the grips so I figured it would be best to test mine and see how they perform. I found the colors strong. I love the earth tones palette because I have an artist who loves to draw a lot of monsters and fantasy creatures. Each pen worked as expected, there were no quality issues. The plastic storage bag is great and I am happy with the purchase. Considering the price of some watercolor pencil sets, this seems like a good deal. I will update if necessary.
