Useful thermometer for kitchen utensils and appliances

I have one in my fridge and one in my freezer. It seems to be working fine after almost two months. Recording high/low values is very helpful to see the temperature change. The ads are easy to see. The only downside I've encountered is that the hook isn't flexible and doesn't take into account the fact that most modern devices have fancy curved plastic edges rather than a thin metal rod to hang. hook thermometer. This means you have to hang it on the side, making it difficult to read when you open the door (because it's not facing you directly). You can use the stand to mount a thermometer on a shelf, but who has enough space to take up space on a thermometer shelf, not to mention it keeps falling off while you put something in or take something out. You had to make the hook flexible and be able to hook both side to side and back to back and then the thermometer could hang on the shelf's wires, still facing you. Another design change I'd like to see would be a delay in the thermometer after a reset. Because there is no delay, the high number resets based on how long it takes you to set the thermometer to the correct temperature after you remove and reset it. In other words, the thermometer remembers the maximum as the room temperature, not the temperature when the fridge/freezer door was closed. However, it's an affordable and useful tool to make sure you don't mess up your food. The only reason to pay more is to get one with built-in wireless connectivity and notifications, but these come with a different headache and higher cost. It would be nice if they came with a discount when buying a pair.
