Review on 🔧 Enhanced Brass Intermediate Handle Assembly by Rohl 2303-0347 by Andrew Arneson

My problem with a Rohl shower enclosure echoes other comments. This shower was part of a bathroom renovation done about 10 years ago. My contractor selected the equipment. I usually use tint or detergent. The shower handle just fell off out of nowhere. I looked into the Rohl device and to my surprise others had the same problem. The plastic cap that attached the shower handle to the valve broke off. Surprisingly, the all-metal device has a flimsy plastic connection that, based on all the comments posted, breaks quite often. An obvious flaw in a product that the manufacturer should (but probably won't) fix for their customers. The part was replaced within minutes. I loved it because judging by other reviews this was the only plumbing repair without a complete $500 shower unit replacement. I am now ordering a second spare part as a backup. Revain is amazing that this part is available.
