The weakest part of the faucet, be careful when tightening the loose handle

Unfortunately I had to replace a couple of these. One of them dropped out after just a year. The rest of the Rohl faucet is excellent. Apparently one has to be very careful when tightening the knob on this intermediate assembly, because with little or much torque the plastic socket (with built-in brass nut) snaps off immediately. Hand tightened and still broken. It surprises me that such a thin piece of plastic is installed in such an expensive faucet. Bottom line: be careful when tightening…

Amazingly affordable solution to costly plumbing repairs.

My problem with a Rohl shower enclosure echoes other comments. This shower was part of a bathroom renovation done about 10 years ago. My contractor selected the equipment. I usually use tint or detergent. The shower handle just fell off out of nowhere. I looked into the Rohl device and to my surprise others had the same problem. The dumbest, thinnest, most expensive plastic thing you'll have to buy

This pathetically unfinished plastic thing is the only thing made to connect a very expensive shower grip by another pathetic company called Rohl's to a spectacularly stupid wall faucet made by idiots at a company called Tempress. The reason for the content of this review is that while giving a person a working shower works, it's the only thing that works with this setup, which by the way comes with the house.
