Review on 🦢 Revitalize your feet with Yamuna Body Rolling Foot Wakers by Wanda Kolb

It really works.

They really work. About a month after I started climbing, I developed plantar fasciitis in both feet. I was shocked as I am barefoot most of the time and have never had a problem with foot pain. I also run (although I'm not particularly fast) and have never had pain in my legs from running. So. Too much backpack weight, too fast I think. The pain was mainly in the arches of my feet, although I did have burning/tingling/pain/swelling on the soles of my feet. Every step felt like a knife in the arch of the foot. It was agony. I've tried a lot and everything has helped: stretching my calves like it's my second job, foam massage, visiting a massage therapist, using a night splint (which I've never tried to sleep in but I've worn one ). watching TV), rolling my foot on a lacrosse ball, wearing crocs around the house (they helped a lot, but I certainly missed the sensory experience of bare feet). My legs improved a lot with daily light activity, but when I walked more than a few miles, my legs would start hurting again. One day I had to sit on a curb in an area and take off my shoes to massage my feet so I could hobble home. How embarrassing! I bought Foot Wakers in desperation. They are expensive for mostly plastic stuff. At first they hurt so bad I thought I cried, but I persevered and operated after 3 weeks with no noticeable lingering pain. I'm walking barefoot around the house again and again gaining the weight of my backpack (gently this time!) with hours of workouts. I actually forgot to stretch my calves during my workout last Saturday because. nothing hurts?! It actually seemed a little weird afterwards, which is both sad and cool lol. This particular backpack was a little longer than planned because I spent an extra 20 minutes helping a woman find her lost dog (win!). :) A few tips: use them as often as possible, at least several times a day. If it hurts too much at first, put on socks that will cushion your pain until the pain subsides. The eccentric calf raises on them were very helpful for me. They come in pairs, but I take one to work during the week. That way I have one at home and one at work so I can always work on my feet (even if it's only one foot at a time) and remember to carry them back and forth every day. They travel well, so be sure to take them with you!
