Amazing and Spectacular

Buy this with the intention of using it regularly from DVD. I wanted to learn the DVD and then do it myself but the coaching is so good and doesn't take long. I looked into it, by the way, because my podiatrist recommended them. First Review: Wow, I'm surprised. I've struggled with foot and ankle pain for the past two years (I'm only 20). June 2021. I still use them as part of my overall plantar fasciitis treatment plan. I haven't had any inflammation for many years. I attribute this to the contribution of physical therapy, exercise, stretching and similar products. I know what pain to expect if I stop using this in my routine. It really works.

They really work. About a month after I started climbing, I developed plantar fasciitis in both feet. I was shocked as I am barefoot most of the time and have never had a problem with foot pain. I also run (although I'm not particularly fast) and have never had pain in my legs from running. So. Too much backpack weight, too fast I think.
