I ended up returning it because it couldn't do what I wanted: make opening large jars (like pickles and olives) easier. It claims to have a lot of functionality for opening jars, jars, bottles, etc., but I don't see how that would be useful for most of those uses. The mechanics of the presence of a rubber element provides adhesion to the lid of the jar. It's ok, but that rubber tip is tiny and doesn't feel strong enough or secure enough to grip; I can easily imagine how it will break or just pop out rendering the device virtually unusable. The wedge design isn't ideal for most either, as it forces your hand to open and close almost as far as the cap you're trying to remove. Last but not least, and worst, the opening mouth isn't wide enough even for large jars, so it doesn't even work unless you're trying to open a bottle or small jar.
