I bought Big Boys Large (size 14-16) for a petite 105 lb teenage girl who is 5ft 1in tall. They were a bit too big for her but I suspect the medium would have been too small. The sleeves were too small. long, but the length was good - a few inches below the waist. In any case, she liked the adorable fluffy llama with a scarf and found that the sweater didn't scratch the inside. Very fun sweater; ideal for Christmas/Winter parties. !
