Not suitable for long, only 2 months!

Updated review: Purchased November 2019 and was initially very pleased as it fit and worked on my Surface Pro 5. Fast forward to January 2020 and problems arose; The battery would not charge my laptop to maintain power so I could only use my laptop when it was plugged in and on February 7th the battery would not charge at all. Finally, spend your money on a new cable from Microsoft or a bestseller for long-term results.
