Worst Purchase! in Water Filtration & Softeners
One of the worst products I've ever bought from Revain! The first one arrived broken, probably due to shipping. Revain support was great and sent me a replacement asap. Everything looked fine so I followed all the instructions and installed my polyurethane water filter. It stopped working after a few days. Once the water is full, it very slowly filters halfway through and then stops filtering, leaving enough water in the top tier of the pitcher at all times! I've requested a refund but since it's a replacement filter I look like I didn't get the money I paid for my first one (which originally broke)! So I didn't even bother to go back, but I will never buy it from Revain again!
