I would encourage you to include instructions in the product in the future or even better fix it so you can use it from.

Did not come out of the packaging. I had to call cobra to get the problem resolved. Tech support told me I had to cut the insulation around the connector to make it work. I bought two, one for me and one for my dad. I would advise adding instructions to the product in the future or better yet repairing it so you can use it out of the box with no modifications!
