It comes with no instructions, manufacturer contact information, or software

This has to be one of, if not the most complex piece of equipment I have ever used. It claims to be compatible with Windows, but good luck finding drivers for it because we all know that if it runs on Windows it needs a driver. Good luck finding a manufacturer. By the way, when you arrive all you get is a very plasticky DAC in a baggy zip lock, a USB-C to USB micro adapter, and that's it. No paper manual, no explanation about charging or anything like that. You're on your own. Now that I'm stubborn and determined (otherwise stuck) I spent about a week trying to get this thing to cooperate before I just gave up and sent it back. Mind you, when I got it, it cost over $30. So it's not worth it. At the current price, it might have been worth it if there wasn't a headache, but seriously, you're probably better off with a USB-C to 3.5 adapter/DAC. But that's just my opinion

Pros
  • OPTIONAL PERIPHERALS
Cons
  • Hard to tell
