It is a good tool for home brewing
I found it a great tool for home brewing. While the wort is cooling, measure the temperature in the center of the pot for a very long time. Be careful not to let the bulb get into the liquid. There are seals, but when immersed, a short circuit can occur for a short time. This has happened to me and although the device came back to life it took me a few hours to need it.
