This is a great addition, especially if you need multiple outlets and have newer electronics that give you a "USB" cable to power your device. 12 sockets and 5 more "USB" ports - that's what I needed. Surge protection and a large-diameter cable to the outlet justify the purchase. The "USB" jacks are the same as the few bucks I would have to spend on conversion plugs, and they now give extra jacks. I am very happy with my purchase. Shipping fast from date of purchase. It has great quality and features and really can't beat the price! I would definitely recommend.
