Amazing capacity for sport

I recently bought this vest to use when collecting insects (entomological work!) because it's really handy to have all those little bottles, jars and other containers easily accessible . But I started wearing it all the time because it's just so useful! Here are a few more detailed bag specs to complete the picture. 4 small (for keys, a small cell phone or similar) 1 medium (for pens, a thick wallet etc.) 2 large (for bulkier items) 2 large flat (behind the large ones at the bottom front) 2 welt pockets (even larger than the large pockets ! almost 9" / over 20 cm deep) 2 inside (approx. 6 x 7" / 15 x 18 cm) 1 extra large back pocket (outside; this bag is huge! it will easily fit a large book in a soft one or medium hard cover or even a rolled up windbreaker, which is awesome); the item fits snugly around the waist) [EDIT: forgot to add, it also has a couple of small plastic D-rings on the chest so you can attach something like a badge holder to it] As you can see the roominess of this is that Thing is just awesome I like having lots of pockets so things are always easy to access and I can carry almost everything I need with me - phone, pens, wallet, book, keys etc with plenty of space. It's also extremely useful for me as I bike a lot and the pockets are hard to reach while cycling, but the chest pockets are very easy to reach and use with one hand while moving. Additional points: I can't speak to its durability [EDIT: see below] as I've only had it for about a week (although it's had quite extensive outdoor use this week!), but it seems durable enough. It's also super light, which is nice, and the mesh top half keeps it from getting too hot. There are also two vertical velcro straps in the lower back which I didn't understand the function of - apparently you can use them to shorten your back a bit or to fasten something inside. I only have one small complaint about it - the front zip is one of those ones where you slide side into the other to zip up (like most jackets/windbreakers) but for some reason it has a double zip ( one in each direction) - which seems completely pointless since you only ever rip from bottom to top. The double zip makes it a little harder to tuck one side into the other to zip up. But I'm getting used to it more and more. All in all a great purchase - you'll be using it all the time, as will I! years ago I finally got a new one - and drive the exact same model. During this time, only a small abrasion is visible - small abrasions on the mesh, abrasions on the inside seams of the pockets. Very impressive durability! In the end, the only real design flaw was the real two-way front zip. It broke down a little over a year ago so it's still fully functional, but can occasionally (only with vigorous movement) open from bottom to top with the risk of the zip puller falling out (which in this case is easy to fix). ). No big deal except today I finally lost my zipper puller when it fell off somewhere outside. during a snowstorm. The button closure means it can still be used, but after all this time I thought it was time for a new one!
