This is an awesome addition to my workout.
By adding a couple of 45# plates, I am far more stable doing crossover, pulldown, and lat work! Those same places then augment my dip workout making this a versatile and easily managed addition to many of my workout exercises. Highly recommended for use beyond just dips!
