2.5 stars rounded up to 3. Glass lid is great. Everything else is unfortunately mediocre, with poor quality control (see photos and video). Perhaps most frustrating and odd is the fact that there is only one tray rail on each side, so there is little to no stability when the tray is pulled out. Adding two more tiny plastic guides would completely or at least mostly eliminate this problem. Also a bummer (albeit disclosed in the description in fairness): if you don't use individual espresso pods (which make up a small part of the range of pods). for Vertuoline) this tray can only hold *20* instead of 40 capsules, leaving a lot of free space. Just a slight increase in tray size would also solve this problem and perfectly support any pod (or at least any pod except for a pair of Alto XLs).
