With these scissors you can quickly complete multiple kitchen tasks. They cut meat with ease - I have no problem removing chicken skin or strips of breast, chopping bacon, etc. The serrated center on the handle acts as a built-in bone crusher or can detach various herbs from the stalks. There is also a built-in bottle opener. I keep my scissors in a knife holder - they're easy to find when you need them and come in handy every day. I just wish the scissors could be disassembled for easier cleaning. However, they're not too difficult to rinse and clean immediately after each use, but I think it's more hygienic with the blades separated.
