When I ordered this I had a lot of options to choose from. This seemed to me to be the highest quality of pure copper. This is also a complete set of 4 pieces. It cools down quickly in the freezer and stays cold for a long time. Copper doesn't sweat and it comes with 4 coasters anyway. The delivery was quick and the packaging was great. I noticed that two of the mugs were damaged so I emailed customer service on Sunday evening and received a response Monday morning. After giving my order number, a replacement was sent to me immediately. When you order tons of items from Amazon, you expect something to break at some point. The hallmark of a great company is how it responds to adversity. They fulfilled the order 100% and the representative was professional and responded to my emails quickly.
