It allows you see, from different locations of employees, their activity during working hours in order to take decisions about how they are performing or not regarding deadlines. The software also provides tools that allow us to track every action taken by each employee so we can keep records easily when needed. In addition it helps with sending emails automatically to our customers through pre-defined templates which saves time as well as human resources. When I first started using this tool more than 5 years ago my biggest problem was getting used to its interface but now since version 8 has been released things have become easier! A lot less clicks required compared to other similar products available out there today. We use deskdirector at work because it makes collaboration between colleagues easy without having them physically present together. For me personally, i would like to be able to access certain features such as creating reports while logged off. This feature doesn't exist yet even though some people say it does (I didn't actually try.
