Software for customer relationship management

The best thing about this software so far has been that it allows us access of our customers' data from anywhere in my organization as well at home, which makes life easier! I also like how easy they make things with their dashboard; everything looks very clear when you first log-in or use Desktop Director. Their support team could be more helpful if needed since sometimes we have questions but are not able to reach out directly through them via email/phone call due to time difference…

  • Allows users freedom without restrictions unlike most traditional systems

"A very good team management Tool for remote teams "

It allows you see, from different locations of employees, their activity during working hours in order to take decisions about how they are performing or not regarding deadlines. The software also provides tools that allow us to track every action taken by each employee so we can keep records easily when needed. In addition it helps with sending emails automatically to our customers through pre-defined templates which saves time as well as human resources. When I first started using this tool…
