The best thing about this software so far has been that it allows us access of our customers' data from anywhere in my organization as well at home, which makes life easier! I also like how easy they make things with their dashboard; everything looks very clear when you first log-in or use Desktop Director.
Their support team could be more helpful if needed since sometimes we have questions but are not able to reach out directly through them via email/phone call due to time difference differences (we're located across different continents). It would help greatly having natively trained people available 24 hours 7 days per week just incase any issues arise during business hour working times such being an issue while using office applications within desktop director itself - some functions do take quite long amount of clicks before results appear compared other softwares i've used previously where these problems were resolved.
