These ceramic steak knives are very sharp, lightweight, easy to clean and very comfortable to hold. I am a big fan of ceramic knives and have several Kyocera ceramic knives. I wanted ceramic steak knives but didn't want to pay a lot so I decided to give these a try. You are excellent. Very sharp and light. They do an excellent job at a very reasonable price. I also like that they all come with a blade guard. Highly recommended.
