A little learning curve.

I'm an IT professional, not a mechanic. I needed a reader to diagnose the airbag indicator. I tried the local auto parts store and they didn't have a reader that would work with my car. Got this reader up for sale and it worked like a charm. Codes are displayed normally. I was able to diagnose and fix the SRS issue on my 2012 Kia Sorento. When I work in IT, I see a lot of software. Some software is better than others. Some programs are extensions of my fingers. Other software is like a straitjacket. The software on this reader is far from intuitive for an IT professional. Mainly because I haven't read any documentation at all. I found it a bit awkward. Although not bad. I was able to complete the scan without much difficulty. I will definitely buy Autel in the future and recommend it to my friends and family.
