I really like this bag, it's big enough to put the usual stuff in your wallet and also if you have kids enough space to put small toys or snacks in it. The straps are very comfortable even after wearing them for a long time. The only problem I have is that sometimes it's difficult to find your items and it turns into a "black hole" when you're looking for something that takes a minute to find. It would be nice if the lining was a lighter color to see things better. And the upper lining keeps falling off and the zipper gets stuck in the lining all the time. Otherwise I love this purse/backpack.
