Better than expected
Using the oval frame gave me another cross stitch opportunity. They actually hold up better than round tires. But as with any tire, you still need to make sure the bolt is tight. I keep pliers in my tool arsenal to ensure my tires are always tight. I've found oval hoops to be much more comfortable to use than round hoops. Don't get me wrong, round hoop earrings still have their place. All you have to do is decide which frame style works best for the project you are working on. Like other wooden hoops, they are durable and will stand up to the massive project I am working on. The price was right and I would recommend these tires.
