If you don't click "Buy Now" after watching the video, nothing will change your mind. This is really awesome stuff! I'm a home roaster, owner of an expensive espresso machine and very picky about my coffee. I've been eyeing different versions of travel coffee makers for a while. This KFLOW machine (the ones for your own garden, not the pods) does an incredible job of making a strong single or double espresso with great crema. The device is easy to use and clean. If you want to have a latte, all you have to do is heat up some milk and use a frother. The instructions tell you to inflate it at two-second intervals, and after you've brewed a few espresso drinks with this device, pumping seems to work best. This is because the water actually penetrates all bases, not just the center of the puck. The tendency is to pump fast and hard to increase pressure and get a better espresso draw. And you might find that you prefer it (after it's soaked, at least a little). But my experience has taught me that this approach left too many dry coffee residues. On the other hand, if I pump a little slower, I still get good lather, but I also get a more consistent wet puck, as shown when I clean the device. Found. It's okay, but you'll want it. In a pinch, you can use the back of a spoon. However, you will get more consistent pressure and density if you use a tamper. Obviously there was so much thought and planning going into the development of this product. And the price is incredible value! It's fairly compact (no bigger than the small press I take with me when I travel) and has become my new favorite toy. I love it. And the proof is in the coffee itself. Better than my specific abs, and that's saying a lot! I can't say enough good things about it!
