I received this item about four weeks ago. I bought it mainly because it had a sou vide function and because I could get rid of my frustrating and mostly awful all clad slow cooker. I carefully unpacked it while listening to the radio, but after searching around I couldn't find the temp probe. I looked and looked and looked again - but without a probe. So I called Wolf customer service. After a long conversation I was told that they would send me the missing part. Like I said, that was about four weeks ago. However, I did not receive the part. Later I used the slow cooker function, it worked fine. I think the thing is quite heavy and look forward to using it again. The low rating is due to the customer service and I am not getting what I paid for.
