Review on QueenDream by Greg Mcnealey

Recently, I was let down by QueenDream's support staff. Their crew was unresponsive and unhelpful, despite their claim to provide the "best customer service" to guarantee client pleasure. I attempted email and phone contact with customer support when I encountered a problem with my order. Unfortunately, I did not receive a timely response to my emails, and my calls were not returned. A representative answered my call, but they didn't seem interested in helping me with my problem and tried to get me off the phone quickly. The fact that the product I received was different from the one advertised online did not help matters. It wasn't worth the money I spent on it because the quality was so low. The customer service representative I spoke with was rude and obstructive when I asked for a refund or exchange. Overall, I was dissatisfied with my time spent on QueenDream. Their website has a lot of options, but the customer service wasn't up to par. If you place a premium on excellent customer service, I would advise against utilizing this organization.
