I prefer flat elastic cords to round ones. They just look better and, in my opinion, work better. They are well made and at the right price. I use them for motorcycling and for storing bike cases when not in use. I had some cheap orange rounds from another seller and the outer coating was rotting like snakeskin in the sun. These will not. My only gripe, noted by another reviewer, is the over-packaging. The plastic bag they come in cannot be split by hand, so you'll either have to cut it open or twist the hook inside the bag to separate it. There is then a zip tie around the cord that needs to be cut with a knife or scissors. Then comes the label wrapped around the cord itself, which also cannot be torn off by hand, which requires scissors or a knife. There is too much packaging and too much work to unpack for a simple bungee cord. Otherwise there are no complaints.
