I needed some industrial equipment, so I checked out the Neosmuk web site to see what they had to offer. I am sorry to say that my experience did not live up to my expectations. Although it was simple to go around on their website, the quality of their customer care left much to be desired. The reps were slow to react to my questions and were not helpful in any way; it took them a long time to do so and they did not provide the information that I need. After a long wait, I was eventually able to get my purchase, and upon inspection, I discovered that some of the items were of low quality and did not perform as anticipated. The reviews and descriptions on the website did not adequately reflect the things that I bought. My time and money were squandered on things that did not live up to my expectations, which was a very unpleasant experience. In general, I do not advise you to shop at the Neosmuk online store for your need in the field of industrial equipment. They do a fair job with their website, but both their customer service and the quality of their products are poor. Look elsewhere to satisfy your requirements for industrial equipment and save yourself the bother.
