Amazing, the bad reviews on this product are ridiculous. These boots are of the highest quality. Most of the negative reviews are related to improper installation or installing the wrong type of spike. I know about five different boots. These are PINS type boots. They are only installed on PINS sockets. Square pins do not fit round holes. First remove the old spikes by rotating them 90 degrees counter-clockwise with a suitable spike tool. CLEAN the pickups of dirt, grass, sand, etc. Align the tabs of the new cleat with the pickups. Press the tool lightly to rotate it 90 degrees clockwise. In this case you will feel 3 clicks. DONE! Removing old ones and properly cleaning the bins takes 30 minutes. 2 minutes to install new ones.
