A few of these to know before you buy this case. It is very small, the area inside is small (5x7 inches). I carry this little case in my backpack and use it for quick sketches. If you need something for more serious drawing, I would recommend getting a case that can replace a 10 inch notebook. The pens and case are what you're really paying for here. Although the notebook is well made and the paper is nice for drawing, it is small and doesn't have very many pages (about 12 pages). You could easily fit a 5x7 notebook if it had more pages, but I would only pay attention to the elastic that holds the notebook in place.
