It's true - it's junk
The installer is useless. I can connect the device directly to a computer or to a hub, but the program still cannot find the print server. Call technical support, wait half an hour and finally everything will work. (Tech support seems VERY good at getting this thing to work. I called a lot I know.) Within 2 days the print server stopped working. For several months it worked intermittently and with a lot of fuss. Now he appears to be dead. Buy something else - anyone have a recommendation?!?
