I used it a couple of times, put it on charge, turn it on, I see the hover is not spinning, then it dawned that the flashlight was not on either. It turned out that the contact of the tube to the mop itself, one sank inside, so that the mop is no longer working, only a separate vacuum cleaner, as a portable one. It is impossible to contact the manufacturer, it looks like a garbage dump.
